How to Use

  1. Cleanse the skin
  2. Apply a thin layer of Obagi Nu-Cil Eyelash Enhancing Serum to the base of the upper lash line. (Do not apply to the lower lid or any other areas)
  3. Wait 90 seconds for product to dry completely before applying another product to the skin

OBAGI NU-CIL™ Eyebrow Boosting Serum

  1. Cleanse the skin and allow the skin to completely dry.
  2. Nightly, apply the serum from the root of your eyebrow and follow the natural shape of your brow.
  3. Wait 90 seconds for the product to dry then continue your skincare routine. (Do not apply to any other areas)
