Lay your Sauna Blanket on a flat, heat resistant surface. Try a massage table or a yoga mat.

You'll need a barrier between your body and the blanket. Use a towel for added comfort. Preheat the sauna blanket for 10 minutes. Select a temperature level by turning the dial. Begin on level 4 or 5, slowly increasing to 6 or 7. Level 8 should ONLY be used if sweating cannot be achieved on lower levels.

Slip into your sauna blanket and zip yourself in. Enjoy a euphoric 30-45-minute session.

Rinse off in an icy shower to cleanse your body and cool your system. Can you chill for two minutes? This system shock is flooding your body with heat shock proteins: a cellular defense against aging that is directly linked to vitality and longevity.

Unzip the blanket and let cool for 30 minutes. Wipe clean with a non-toxic cleaner. Fold and store.

Use 4-5 times a week.
