1. Start with clean skin and apply a thin layer of Sculpting Activator Gel to the area you want to treat. This boosts conductivity, enhances micro-current performance, and nourishes skin.

2. Turn on the Body Sculptor and begin with gentle, gliding strokes, moving with the natural contours of your body. For fascia release, focus on areas of tightness using long or circular motions. For lymphatic support, use upward strokes on legs and arms, and circular or sweeping motions on the stomach. For muscle activation, use slow, targeted strokes on specific muscle groups.

3. Always start on Level 1, and increase intensity gradually based on comfort. Mist Transdermal Magnesium Spray throughout your session to keep skin hydrated, extend gel glide, and support recovery.

4. Finish by wiping off excess gel and spritzing magnesium for added relaxation. Use 3-5x per week for best results.
