1. Using the spoolie end of the pencil in an upwards, sideways motion, comb towards the tail of the brow.

2. Twist the base of the pencil to reveal the always-sharp tip.

3. Begin finely outlining under the arch of the brow and continue gently applying color towards the tail of the brow.

4. Outline above the arch and fill the middle of the brow.

5. Use the spoolie to blend for a natural finish.
